Re: Quick dumb question about the Pro Tools 10 Upgrade installer.

I guess that sort of answers my question which is essentially, is the Pro Tools 10 upgrade a standalone installer of the whole app or one that builds on the previous version. So I take it it's a...

Quick dumb question about the Pro Tools 10 Upgrade installer.

I have a new laptop on it's way and I want to just do a fresh install of everything. Used the upgrade installer to go from 9 to 10 on my desktop already, but my question is: instead of installing 9...

Re: Macbook Air/PT 9.05/Thunderbolt Drive-Works!

Please post an update - I'm very curious to see if this is a stable solution for adding a second firewire buss to the macbook pro for either the audio drive or interface. I already have a SIIG...

Check For Updates doesn't seem to work.

For some reason, while I am still on PT9.0.0, when I hit Check For Updates, it always comes back that I am already up to date. Not to worrisome, but I wonder if anyone else is seeing the same thing?

Erratic Delay Compensation behavior (bug).

Was working on a session (PT9, Mac Pro, 10.6.4, 512 Buffer, Long setting, no where near the sample limit) that seemed to just stop compensating for the delay incurred by buses, specifically busing...

Re: Pro Tools 9 install seems to have worked, but I got a weird message during it.

MacBook Pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.3

I believe the message was something similar to this:"/System/Library/Extensions/DigiDal.kext was installed improperly and can not be used. Please reinstall or...

Re: Pro Tools 9 install seems to have worked, but I got a weird message during it.

Also had some weirdness happen during the device driver install: computer restarted, light was on, but screen was totally black for quite a while, so I just force quit by holding the power button...

Pro Tools 9 install seems to have worked, but I got a weird message during it.

So I installed PT 9 and it seems to have gone ok - one session won't open, but it's pretty old and I assume it's some plug in the session being incompatible of something like that. Anyhow, problem...

Spotlight can find PT Documentation, but PT itself can't?

Minor inconvenience, but I'm having kind of a weird thing happen: I installed 7.4.2 fresh on my MBP 2.2GHz running 10.5.4 and all is running relatively well, but I noticed the other day that when I...

Re: What is the process for selling/transfering your Strike plug-in and license?

I would assume that, but I just want confirmation from someone from Digi/A.I.R. before I attempt to sell it. While I wasn't thrilled with the product, I do respect the time, effort and money that...

What is the process for selling/transfering your Strike plug-in and license?

I don't really have much use for Strike and I would like to sell my copy to someone who wants it legitimately and legally - what is the process? Thanks in advance for the answers.

Re: Digi/A.I.R. Support - Strike issue(s) to report.

I'd just like to take moment to point out that it's been almost a year since I pointed out the hi-hat bug (according to Wolfram it is a bug and has been logged as such) and there has been no fix. ...

How about fixing the insanely loud noise issue in Strike...

If you are switching kits or presets or mixes in Strike while it is playing, inevitably you get an earsplitting and potentially speaker killing noise. This has generally been one of the more...

Re: Plug-Ins=CPU Spikes

Mr. Langlie -

Thank you so much for chiming in - you clearly have a better understanding of how to deal with the customer base than this particular rep. If at all possible, I would ask that you...

I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume that I have not been clear enough, so let me clarify something that you should probably already know: Strike DOES in fact have a...
