Not sure but, try zooming all to the extreme up or down and see if they all normalize to the same zoom level. I recall noticing the same thing and I think that's how I remedied it.

Seems to be a common problem with Avid's Website. Go through customer support and make them handle your registration manually. that's what I had to do.

Yeah, Windows Backup is kinda weak. I might still revist Acronis later, now that I'm fairly confident it didn't kill my Pro Tools. I'd just have to be careful how I use it.
