No, I wasn't able to. I got the computer off craigslist. It didn't have the original OS9 reboot discs. I have heard about the disable second processor deal too, i just have no idea...

If you are using a plug in as the instrument for the midi track, set the latency to -512 in the Windows>display midi latency tab. it always works for me.
