Re: Memory Location shortcut with wireless keyboard

Hey Albee,

Thanks for the reply! It is the short keyboard without the number pad. I've never had any trouble with any other shortcuts. There is a Function key, and it does work to select...

Re: Copied region length auto-adjust to paste location length?

Re: Copied region length auto-adjust to paste location length?

Hey!! PT Lover - you made my day!! And actually, I swapped the keyboard shortcut for this with Cmd + B since that's much easier and I never use the Clear shortcut.

Nice!! Thanks a lot!!

Hello all,

I'm still working in HD7.4 and was wondering if this is a feature that's been added to newer versions of PT. I do a LOT of audiobook production, which often involves pretty extensive...

Re: Remove relative trim volume automation?

I am doing an extremely high amount of volume automation as part of my project. I unknowingly brought down the relative trim level well below the infinite zero point of the primary trim at an...

Remove relative trim volume automation?

Hello all,

In PT 7.4 the volume track view automation points show two values. The second value is in brackets with a hollow triangle icon. From what I understand, this second value is the...

Re: Simple frame rate issue

Indeed, 'filmed' is the wrong term - it was a digital video camera.

Does no one have any thoughts? If it's saying 27.97 fps in the Session Setup Window but 30 fps on the actual track, somethings...

Simple frame rate issue

My rig is set up for audio only work and I'm frankly pretty ignorant on the video side of things as of yet.

I recently recorded a stage musical over two nights. Initially the idea was primarily...

Re: Recording a stage play for a doc. film

I certainly agree with Richard!

I just recorded a live stage show which was also captured on video (one continuous shot). Just about all of the actors had E6 headset mics used with Sennheiser's...

Quicktime 7/Pro Tools 6.9 problem

So obviously quicktime 7 isn't compatible with PT 6.9. I didn't realize that and installed quicktime 7. When it didn't work, I tried manually uninstalling it by trashing it and restarting. When I...

Re: 16 simultaneous I/O on 192

The optical I/O's on the 002 are available in stand alone mode. All eight inputs get passed directly to the ADAT optical outputs when preferences are set to do so, but the random clicks and pops...

Re: 16 simultaneous I/O on 192

The signal going into the analog inputs is coming from a mackie (just to test for now). The signal going into the AES/EBU is coming from a digi 002 in standalone mode.

I think I realize where I...

I'm trying to make use of all 16 I/O's on the 192. I've always just used it for 8 but am going to be recording a live show where I'll need all 16 directly into pro...
