I believe their Neoverb is on sale too now. I spotted it earlier this week on Plugin Boutique.

That thing is built on the Exponential Audio reverb engine, so its definitely worth a look at. ...

I use them quite a bit myself, as with the PRS Archon model that Waves does. I do use other amps, they've just been my favs of late. All of the PRS amps are really good actually.

It's not that I wish ill on UAd or its owners, but it would be interesting to see if that whole audio DSP market will start to devalue as chips like the M1 evolve over the next 5 years and more...

It seems that Waves is having a look at all their GUIs now, since they're not scaling up as well as they should. It could be that the WLM UI issue might get addressed when they update it's graphics....

Well to my mind there is T-Racks or IK's MixBox, or Unfiltered Audio's Byome/Triad or anything you can construct with Waves plugins using their StudioRack...

I get what you are saying, the scale they've used is a little confusion. In related to standard top down compression you might more expect to see it marked -60 or -48dB and upwards, or something...

I have heard mostly good word about performance on the M1. Although, there maybe be some validation/authorisation...

Actually that’s a good point because one reason it “might not” be bouncing is if there are overs, maybe. It’s unlikely, but even though it’s a limiter, it’s not an ISP limiter. I doubt it would make...

This is what you need ARA support for. It allows plugins to communicate with the DAW and keeps it up to date with any changes, including moving your edits.

Unfortunately WavesTune doesn’t support...

I’m not to sure what it takes for a new plugin to go on sale, but I get the impression it has to be out for at least 6 to 12 months. But vouchers usually work.

Oh I’ve seen that Royal Compressor around, no idea how good it is or who makes it though.

Big Sur is noticeably not compatible with computers that old too.

This the sad, unfortunate, problem though. As time goes on older computers get less capable, they fin d it hard to keep up wth...
