i´ve never had this problem maybe you have any hardware/driver are you able to save the kernel dump? ther´re many software for analyze the .dmp file maybe you get any conclusion when you...

plugins folder is

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plug-Ins
