Question Those huge bass drops in movie trailers

Hey guys!

Does anyone know where I can find those cinematic bass drops that occur in the dark knight trailer and all those other cool movies that have them???

I love being underestimated... maybe you should do some research because there is QUITE the software crack out there where you need NO hardware and NO ilok to run protools HD. I would post the link...

I actually have this same problem. I've found if you quit all other running programs and jack the sample rate all the way up it works a lot better. I'm not a fan of this problem as I use mini grand...

lol that wouldn't be funny if I hadn't found out how to make it work again LOL all I had to do was close PT ,then open reason, open a song, press play, close reason, open PT, and it was in the folder...

ummm so I open up Protools and I make an instrument track and go to click on reason and it's not there... can anyone tell me why or how to put it back in my protools so that I can rewire it?!

I have the same problems with the sample rate issue... It seems that I have to quit protools and start it back up any time I close a session. This doesn't help if I'm' looking for a certain session....

So about a year ago I bought a 003+ with the ilok for all of the factory plugins from a guy off craigslist. I had no idea about the transfer of ownership document nor did I even think about the ilok...

which Mbox do you own?? did you try pressing the pad button? cause sometimes that and turning down the gain will help...

The easiest way right now is a mbox2 mini. You can get a used one (for like 200 on ebay) and that will definitely work for songwriting. That will work with PT 8 and you'll have 2 mic inputs to work...

This is a GREAT thing for me. I recently (like a year ago) bought waves plat. and I don't want to pay to upgrade my plugin's. I can buy the card to go with my mac pro, buy a used 192 for like 1300...

Well if you have the melodyne stand alone program then you can definitely sing live into the program and it will convert it to midi. But with a quick google of "vocal to midi" it came up with a few...
