Got new Serial yesterday and with this the upgrade worked.

All done, tested some new stuff.
Sounds good.

Same issue here
ID does not match.

Bought a used ER 2 weeks ago and upgraded it to FW1.03 and then bought Expansion Pack yesterday.

I have opened a case at AVID and waiting for new ID and...
