I have the same problem. I run OS 10.5.6, MacBook Pro, Digi 003 with Pro Tools 7.4.2

I trashed the prefs files (altough I couldn't find the one in the byHost Folder, it wasn't there), restarted...

I am having the exact same problem. Toggling back and forth does not work.
2 files on my HAL folder:
Digidesign CoreAudio.plugin
iSightAudio.plugin

Please give us a solution.
