Slow compared to Rumpus FTP?

Has anyone ever noticed their digidelivery not being able to maintain the same consistent high speed, for close/local transfers, as the rumpus ftp server running on a mac?

Our internet connection...

bad etiquette - sync PT to midi clock?

I know this is bad etiquette (double post from MIDI forum), but I'm just not having any luck getting a response there.

i can tell you that on hd non accel at 441/24 pretty much every plug takes up most of a chip if not the whole thing....no 882 or 96 for hd non accel peoples

490 dverbs is pretty crazy man....

i just setup a 32 mono track + 32 mono aux input mixer like yours.... 44.1/24 .... buffer 1024..... 2 cpu @ 90% limit

I was able to get 251 dverbs INCLUDING...

wondering if anyone has noticed a difference in the smoothness of filter sweeps between plugins?

I needed to do some automated lowpass sweeps tonight and found that some plugs induced much more...

I like to have my audio units available for use in logic if I ever go into it....but when i need to run FCP..... I do this:

Audio units are located in /library/audio/plug-ins/components (i think)...

the way to look at tdm is native cpu power + tdm dsps........

so an hd1 on the same machine as 002, will def have more dsp power

once i started with tdm though, i started to take it for...

just went from a command8 to a mackie universal w/ 1 expansion pack.....

way more in depth than the command 8....buttons dont feel as nice, but its functionality is all worth it....plus expandable...

please don't overlook the Waves RenMaxx bundle....even the native version which is upgradeable to TDM later if you choose...

For only $450 (native) you get a really nice eq, compressor, reverb +...
