If there is already a timecode burn-in on the quicktime you have, when you go to 01:00:00:00 on your Pro Tools timeline, does the quicktime also show 01:00:00:00, or is it off there?

Delivery of Pro Tools mix sessions is fairly standard for the big streamers at this point, primarily for archival purposes. You can freeze tracks if you want to. Netflix posts their specs online...
