All of this is obvious. I am wondering if the newer computers with 8 - 12 cores will handle a session at 192k?

I run Pro Tools at 88.2 all of the time with allot of plug ins and track with no problem with my 2012 4 core Mac Book. A session will not even open if I set it at 192k. I am wondering if a new Mac...

Hello. is anyone running Pro Tools at 192k with allot of tracks and plugins? Does it work well? How powerful of a computer is needed? Will a 8-12 core Mac Book pro work?

Instal old version of Pro Tools

Hello. If I instal a new version of Pro Tools and it does not work on my computer can I re instal my old version?
I am on a 2012 Mac Book pro. Will a new 2023 version work on it?

It actually works great. Its fast, its small, its cheap. It seems as if that storage device will last longer than a regular hard drive. It just wont export audio when I record my mix to a track.

Im running a usb 3 flash drive for my pro tools sessions. I usually record my mix to a track them export audio. It doesnt work with my usb drive. Anyone have a ideas on how to fix this?

where do i find auth. for plug ins with 11

I got pro tools 11 installed and many of the free plug ins (Focusrite, Joe Meek eq etc) are not authorized. How do I get them Authorized?

TL drum rehab. cannot see my library of sounds

TL drum rehab wont let me scroll down to see my sounds. it only goes down to m or n. i need to s's. to get a snare sample. does it let you scroll down?

ill use dtm on the just the kick. the kick track is about 3 minutes long and starts at about 30 seconds. ill analyze it. drop and drag it. the midi hits start at 10 second and end at 2 minutes. ...
