I've never had a rock-solid Pro Tools system--they've always been a bit flakey--So far, so good with the Studio 15 and Vista, but not perfect...here's my configuration:

I have a Studio 15 as well. I had this problem when I accidentally installed my Mbox 2 via a different USB port than the one I had used when I originally configured the unit. If that doesn't work...
