My problem was sorted out by Avid support a couple of days ago.
Something was wrong in their end.

So all is good now. :)

Done that earlier today.
Did it again, both deactivation and activation + synchronise iLOK.

Still the same Release limit.:(

Yep...Versions released on or before 2017-02-15 it says.
But...I have continuously been paying AVID every year. How and why is it like this?

What do you mean by update my license?

I have been paying it every year and in the Avid account it says Active.
Am I missing anything?

With external preamps there's better to just bypass the C24.

Hi,

connect the output of your external preamps directly into your interface, no need to go trough the C24 with the signal.
But the onboard preamps are not useless, maybe not the best ones around...

I had a Dangerous D-Box before a got my D-Control.
Sold it when I got the ICON and haven´t regret it a bit.

X-mon and ICON and the integration between them is just great and to me the sound...

I agree...it´s really bad to be honest. I´m on HD as well...with a HDX system.
I really expected Avid to be way more helpful and to actually solve the different problem and system issues they have....

Same here. No license and no response.
Well...not all true, I did receive a temporary 30 day license but it fells unsafe using it...what if my own license won't be there when this one expires?

I´m in the same boat regarding this. Also got a one month temporary license sent to my account but I haven´t used it, I´m a bit affraid I won´t recieve my "real" license before the temporary expires....
