Yes, but u also have to see the price point of the competitors!
They are not even half the price of an S3L System.

It`s a shame that there is no visible sign of development for the S3L anymore.

Whats the point of that? AVID never said that there would be an App for S3L.

They are the GeChic OnLap 1502I Touchscreens.
They ship them in white - but AVID had them coated (not painted) with some paint like latex or something like that.
Perfect Screen for S3L - thin,...

Just sold my S3L-X - retired with my band.
So - can anyone help me - how can i transfer my ProTools Licence, PlugIns and of course the AVID Account to the new owner?

They have an IPAD App already - so that shouldnt be the issue...

I do not think they did konw it as they released it.
They know now because somebody told them - like me.
I wrote them on Sep. 29th - they replied to me Oct. 23rd - HURRAY for that quick answer! ;)...

Let me guess - u installed 6.1.7 (the latest one from McDSP?)

Had the same issue - installed the older wone 6.0.1.0 - mailed McDSP Support - got the answer its an known issue they are looking...

Had soundcheck - with one issue - but no big problems.
After soundcheck i thougt - ok i will set up the spare engine with my...

They had me flash the Network Switch again (config mode - ctrl+right click) - did so. Had it run a couple of hours with no error.
Tomorrow is my next gig. Fingers crossed that it works.

It seems there are more Issues then just mine.
All are a little different.

Yes, i tried this already - unplug the router. No change.
Errormessages come and go.

Yes, this was one thing i sorted out - it does not matter what way i connect them - the error comes and goes.
So - i was trying - A-A or B-A or A-B -> nothing changes.
I am using 2 Stageboxes.

Oh man - its getting worse.

So - come to the gig - booted the System. System told me every Minute that it lost the Network Switch. So i tried to reste Stagebox and Engine I/O - ok - than that...

Whats "AV" and "NIC"?

I cannot reproduce the error exactly. I did plug Stagebox A to Engine B (as i was told by German AVID Service) - did test it 2 hours and no Error occurs...

Ok. Was talking to German Support (S.E.A.) - he was told that cabling Engine - Stagebox has also to be from A-B
So he is saying that the error might come up when u connect Stagebox Port A to Engine...

Ok - i got the Inputs working again.
Tried to "reset" the Stagebox from Venue Software - and there it was - all Inputs are here. Looks like that after the 4.5.3.3 update the reset was not made...
