I was reading that once you set your studio monitors to their correct SPL they must remain 100 percent accurate or your mix gets messed up if the level is 1 degree off

Studio Monitor good setup in small room

Did that but now the vocal track is sped up. The guy sounds like he's pitched up higher. If I leave it at 44.1 it sounds normal. This can't be right

I managed to find a good noise reduction plug in in Adobe Audition. Doesn't get rid of the bleed but reduces it somewhat so...
