It was advertised as just that “Avid Pro Tools annual upgrade and support plan”

(I don’t need it to be HD or Ultimate for now anyway)

HDX TDM combo system?

I have an HD3 system, I'm depending on a few TDM plugins which I doubt will be released in AAX version for some time.

Maybe this is a dumb question but would it be possible to crossgrade my HD3...

Ok, so now after trashing the plugin and PT prefs for the 3rd time and trashing the DigiSetup and installing the latest Interlok Extension the LA2A works. Thanx guys!

I agree. Although referring to BF as "inferior" is sugar coating it... ;)

I guess UA wants everyone to use UAD-1/2 instead.

A bit off topic but the SSL Duende plugins would be awesome in TDM...

Thanks, I don't have CompressorBank (but I'm thinking of purchasing it). Does the CB LA2 setting stand up to the UAD version (or even better, the real LA2)?

I would need more DSP to be able to run the TubeTech, but good suggestion...

Does or doesn't the new C24 (which I own) have phase invert and -10/20db pad on the input stages? If it has I must be really stupid cause I can't find it, I'm recording drums and almost every channel...

I had to re-install my system and I can't get the Sansamp to work as multi-channel TDM, only multi-mono which is fine for ProTools but not for Logic Pro 8 (and 7) as multimono TDM plugins are not...

Why, oh WHY... can't you make an LE DSP-card or anything that let's me run RTAS plugins in Logic 7 without me having to buy a HD system??? Me, myself would be more than satisfied...
