I´m having the same problem but with OSX 10.11.3 and Pro Tools 12.5.2
Very sluggish graphic behaviour - even with AVID´s own plugins like Pro Limiter or Pro Multiband Limiter. :confused::(

Same issue here on a MBP (late 2013 / OS 10.9.1) but the video plays back quite smoothly. I can only see this issue in the activity monitor (?). Feels strange anyway...anyone could sort this out ?...

Yep, I have the same issue here with ProTools 11.0.3.

If my sessions have a different session start time than 0:00:00:00 the offline bounces have an offset as described my Peter.
Pretty annoying...

Im still having these strange little delays within ProTools.
Sometimes the system doesnt react for a few seconds (I get the spinning wheel of death) and then it continues as usual....

@ 1m1 : Yes I kept having the porblems - they even got worse (more and longer delays), that why I guess it was some kind of faulty RAM issue.
Until now the delays dissapeared and I´m back to normal...

It seems like our MacPro (2007) was very unhappy with his 7 GB RAM.
