The P5K/EPU have the same Firewire Chip that you have on your Maximus Formula bladesg the VIA VT6308P and you have the 003 also does it work good ???????

Sunburst can you guarantee that the Digi 003 Rack works with the P5K Deleuxe/Wifi-AP or do you know anybody with that combination thinking about ordering one from the US

Warning stay away from Asus p5k premium black pearl edition motherboard this will not work with the 003 rack
the onboard agere firewire doesnt work
and with the pyro pci 64r2 firewire card it...

Have done a clean installation of xp firewall turned off used the second port off the digi 003 first time i started pro tools i got the firmware update
after that tried to start pro tools again it...

Now i got it up and running on my Mac Powerbook i also tried an firewire hard drive it work perfekt also tried to switch firewire cable could it be my corsair dominator ram ??????

The 003 shows up in the device manager im not running the fire wall and no antivirus programs I will test it with another computer tomorrow when im back in the studio

the host light 1394 blinks all the time i think is issue with agere firewire connection

The swedish reviews is all good they say is very is too overclock specs is very similar to the asus pk5 deluxe
