I just checked my avid account and I do actually have access to Structure now. Thank you for your help through this, I'm not sure I would have ever gotten through otherwise. My apologies...

Do you know if there is any way I could just get my money back at this point? I just want to use Structure, and I can get an instant download of it from elsewhere.

I purchased Structure 2 from Avid.com 3 days ago. The confirmation page said I would get a link to download the plugin in my confirmation email. The confirmation email did not contain a download...
