Softkeys are binded to macos

Hello, currently i am on windows 10 with pro tools 12hd with artist control surface and looks like some softkeys are binded to macos keyboard layout (command and options) and does not work in windows...

I have an access violation error when i try to load MDW EQ 5 plugin. If anyone has a Pro Tools 12.6HD with MDW EQ 5 b installed on windows 10, can you try to load it and confirm that this is happens...

NI complete kontrol 25. But not so small and external power needed (but sometimes this is better for stability). Works good in pro tools 12.5.
