Not a major CD but I recorded VO, created sound design and mixed (for theatre) the very successfull movie "Super Size Me" at my home studio on a 002 and PTLE 6.4. That's how it was shown at Sundance...

And the folks over at Anandtech (http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2484&p=1) pretty much give it all to AMD X2 now that AMD released the 3800+ at a sane pricepoint.
