:mad: noticed i was charged for my protools renewal in november then again in January... Anyone Have a suggestion on resolving this. Avid seems to hide ways to resolve this and i don't want to...

can't sign in

For some reason today i can't log into cloud collab. Dialog screen comes up but it's blank. Any ideas. It worked fine earlier in the week. Internet connection is fine.

I have a 50Mb service thru time warner but frequently get 60Mb+ . That is the download speed. Upload Should be 5Mb .. I noticed today is about 3.5Mb upload.

I upgraded to 12.6.2 yesterday and now i'm having the same issue. I've not had this problem prior to this...(was on 12.6.0).
