OK, here's how I fixed it -

Initially Installed PT 10.0.0 over PT 9.0.2 - ALL plug ins were missing.

Downloaded another copy of the PT10 installer.

Did a "CLEAN UNINSTALL".

In: Macintosh...

I just dropped $300 to upgrade from PT9 to PT10 - no inserts are showing up at all. I see them in MacintoshHD/Library/Application Support / Digidesign (and a serperate Avid folder with AAC plug...
