Thank you James. We have three HD Pcle cards, 192 I/O and Command 8, preamp through a mixer desk. The plugin is licensed with iLok.

I uninstalled IE 8 but it has made no difference. Protools just won't load any of my plugins...anyone help please?

Hi, thank you for responding...The sessions open fine as long as the plugins are not installed on the PC, in other words PT 6 is working fine as long as the plugins are not installed from the HD...

Please help .... I have reinstalled Protools 6.9 after a new C Drive and new Windows Installation. PT is fine, but if I load ANY of the plugs from the HD disk (ie HD Pack, 1, 2 or 3) Protools hangs...

Thank you for the response, much appreciated. The IT guy did put all the program files in a 'recovery' file and I tried just moving them back onto the new C Drive but it didn't work so I reinstalled....
