HD Native Thunderbolt + HD I/O 16in x 8out analog in Gator case

Any news on this whole "AAX-DSP" hint? I find myself trying third party EQs here and there that are AAX DSP, but always go back to native Equilibrium. This would just become THE EQ!

ProTools HDX, Mac Pro 12 core, 32bit/88.2k session with 1 audio track and 3 plugins.

That'll be my cue to take the plunge and move over to Ableton Live. Just thinking of the nice outboard gear I'll be able to buy with the resale of HDX already makes me want to make the move... haha.

I have found that using less VIs tends to give me less crashes, so hoping that 64bit PT (if / whenever it comes out) will thin out the amount of crashes...

Thanks guys, appreciate the help. I have indeed exhausted all the troubleshooting that can be done, so at this point I'd rather spend my time dealing around crashes than days trying to fix them....

Not sure what you mean by exact system specs, but here's some of it:
Mac Pro (2010) 12-core 2.6GHz, 24GB RAM, OSX10.6.8, PTHD10.3.2, HD I/O
On the computer itself, only PT and (all legit) third...
