Good luck. When we did the test I couldn't get it to insert until I enabled the Synch prefs I mentioned in Pro Tools.

So I'm considering taking the plunge and upgrading one of our suites from 7.4 to 8.0. I would clone a drive with Acronis before hand so if there are any huge problems with 8 I can revert back to 7.4...

I think I have a temporary solution to this problem. I have the MC hooked up to my Sound Blaster Audigy midi ports and so far so good. I'll keep you posted. Maybe it's a ProTools and USB problem....
