Constant 'AAE -9013' error in PT 2022.5

Bought a brand new Mac Studio and everything has been fine until I updated to 2022.5 -- now I cannot play a single project because I get the pop-up error message "AAE -9013" within about two seconds...

Not yet. Nothing showing up in iLok as of now. I did start a support ticket and they said that they are rolling out the changes that include Heat etc but it's going to take a while.

Did you guys get an email or some sort of notification when HEAT and the plugin bundle were available to you? I have the subscription/plan but have yet to be notified that either were available....
