Well once again thanks for the tips so far.

The "Restoring Defaults" tip was a good one but did not resolve my problem. On further inspection my 002's serial does fall into the category of ending...

So through a bit of trial and error I've found the solution to my Indigo problem.

I first installed Digi's Distributed plug-in installers, which includes Indigo. This was my problem....
