What bundle includes TL Autopan for Protools Ultimate

2018.12 Midi note opt click bug

I found a problem in Protools 2018.12. Anyone else getting this?

Opt click on midi note (this should allow you to drag and add a midi note and add it). It does not as in previous versions....

I get the ctl-opt-+ and ctl-opt-"-" change grid value. I've used those key commands to toggle values. Quantize to grid? I have found no way to correlate the grid value...
