The moment of truth...

I've done the 3GB switch and the first time 'round I forgot to put the / in front of LARGEADDRESSAWARE. No wonder it wasn't working.

So I did that step again and all...

I posted in another thread (64 bit Vista) that even though I have 4gb (total) of RAM I still get "out of memory" messages when using BFD with more than 64 velocity layers.
