Just wanted to add that it looks like HP has released a 64bit laptop (zv5000z) starting at 1049.00 after rebate.

I noticed not too long ago that circuit city had stop selling them, and bestbuy had actually raised their price above retail (I guess their trying to capitalize on the fact they won't be sold...

This is how it was explained to me--- you have a 4 lane highway, and an eight lane highway. All the cars are moving at the same speed, but the eight lane highway can handle a greater number of cars...
