We do the exact same wire swap here as well. Bit of a curly one to get your head around if you've not done it before but it keeps everything nice and simple in the end.

Run the 192 analog outputs, 1 - 8 into the top strip of a patch bay. Normal those 8 to the 8 directly below which connect directly to your X-Mon Main inputs (or the 4 stereo inputs or whatever) then...

Whew, thought I was going bonkers.

I use Glide everyday (especially to get in/out of NR automation controlling the DNS3000 h/w)...proving interesting finding subtle work arounds for a work...

We had this exact same issue briefly with one PT rig running a SyncHD and the other a std model SyncI/O when resolving to house 23.976.

Resolved when BOTH rigs had identical SyncHD's.

Have never had CPTK on that iLok.

Long story short... reboot the deck as mentioned. We have 5000's and 5500's and they all go into pre-read off their own bat... pretty much from PT9 onwards.
