I'm on Catalina, no choice, and am on 2019 but would love to get Bounce to QT function back. Are things stable and what OS and PT seems to be rockin'.

7&8 are the defaults for the Cue on my system. Also, shouldn't stereo be 1&3 not 1&2? That's how mine is anyways.

I think it was Avid's cloud authorization.
I'll look into getting away from it but I manage several systems in different cities so it's convenient.

yes, iLoks were there. It had something to do with Avid Link being unable to connect to the server. I restarted and let avd link do it's thing for 20 minutes and once it connected all PT launched...

I've been using FFWorks. It's some added steps in the workflow but once you get used to it it's fine.
I made prestes, drop mp4 in, export mxf, load into PT. Bonce out an audio files the exact legnth...

I think You'll also need to Export your i/o Settings and bring that file with you. Import that and then open your session.
