So I went to view my products where I see Avid Link, and Pro Tools First, but the Beatmaker BUNDLE has its own drop-down separate from the other two. I downloaded both DOPE, and HUSTLE from ujam...

So I recently purchased a beatmaker tool (DOPE/HUSTLE) for Pro Tools First and every time I try to download from Avid Link I get the same Communication error. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

Ok so I downloaded the update, and I'm getting this, "You have opened an older version of your project. Shared track(s) that have newer versions on the cloud have been put into conflict state...

The version of PTF I'm using is 2018.7, and I'm still using the same email I registered with. This only happened to the projects that I saved locally.

The cloud icon beside the drop-down arrow? I just get 0% transferred. My internet connection's been fairly decent so idk if that'd be the issue.

i have this issue where every time i try to load my project(Blues) all i get is downloading project 0%transferred. any way to fix this without losing my data?
