Well Here is the Verdict.

It runs wayyy better than i expected.:D

I had 28 Instances of Waves SSL E Channel and 2 Dverbs and i threw some automation on some tracks. I was using 57% of CPU.

How much longer is Pro Tools Expected to support Digi 002s and 002rs

I noticed that the original mbox is no longer supported on 8.0.3. Are there any plans to end support with digi 002s? just curious...its just makes me wonder.

I have to say addictive drums.

Ive used pretty much every drum sampler. Addictive drums is the way to go.

You can get pretty much any sound you want out of it.

When im recording guitars for example and i use eleven i can hear other stuff sneaking into the signal.

like if i use a higher gain amp model the click seems to show up.
no other mics or anything...

i usually record at 96 on a regular session...

as for the 16 vs 24 arguement my take is....

16 sounds fine and you could get professional sounds at 16. i can hear a little bit of a difference...
