I've sent an Email through a support case. When was the last time you saw the projects available in your dashboard? Can you also check your cache folder if it still contains your project cache?...

The team had to manually deposit the licenses on his account.
Everything shows as is, but the licenses are already inside his iLok Account. I can see that it's already activated on their iLok...

The Xpand!2 installer is already a part of the Pro Tools DMG file installer and should be installed along with the DAW. Please try re-downloading and re-installing from your Avid...

I've just checked and there are no Avid Account under the Email you registered with the duc. Can you update your Profile with your Avid Account Email so we could check further?
