I've been experiencing an issue where Audiosuite plugins will generate output and put it in the clip list but it won't show up in the timeline. I have to manual drag it from the clip list over.

Could be file corruption in the OS causing issues.

Go to command prompt, run as System Admin
Run System File Check

sfc /scannow

This will identify and correct any system file corruption.

You must exclude the AAX directories, Projects and the Pro Tools folder from any real time virus detection. Pro Tools launches in about 30-60secs here.

12.8 has improved things but I still get a consistent -9173 when I press and hold any key while the session is playing. Every time, without fail.

Loaded it up on my 4 core 4.0Ghz Intel and it pegs the meter at 100%.

That's without DPR-402 and CODEX which I don't own.

I've submitted to support regarding the tax issue. Waiting to hear back.

A US based corp charging CDN tax seems very odd to me, especially since Avid's CDN TAX ID was not provided on the invoice.
