Since you won't show or look in the MIDI event list for whatever reason grab the free snoize MIDI utility. Run it outside of PT and it will show you what's going on with your MIDI setup. The sustain...

What does the MIDI event list show and how's the timing of the events there? The graphic you show doesn't really give timing resolution good enough to judge one way or the other.

Assuming your Nektar & sustain pedal are okay take a look at the MIDI event list for the track in question and see if you don't have an unresolved pair of MIDI sustain pedal events like an on without...
