I don't know about the Imac, but in Windows I just stretch the desktop across 3 monitors and resize the video image.

I'm with you all the way on that one Manny. All the hours I spent lining up two Ampex MM1200 16 tracks, an MCI 8 track, and six MCI 2 tracks. With the MM1200 16 track alone that's 160 adjustments not...

With PT running but no session open, have you dragged the grey desktop across both screens? Then place your Edit and Mix pages where you want them.

How different are your monitor resolutions? I use two 24" 1920x1080 and one 20" 1600x900 with no scaling problems.

The plug-ins are a separate installer in the My Products section of your Avid Master Account under the Pro Tools Plug-ins heading.

I use Resolve for editing and always render out a DNxHD 36 video in a .mov wrapper for use in PT. Runs like a charm. h264 can be a real pain to work with. The mix then gets laid back into the edit in...

PT has never played well with h264 codecs. You would be better off converting the mp4 to DNxHD36. This is a native codec in PT and has none of the inaccurate running that often occurs with h264....

In the Sound menu in Control Panel, make sure that Windows is not using the Focusrite for itself but is set to use the PCs inbuilt audio.
