Can u make this a 30 day demo. At the current 14 days, if it takes 10 biz days to fulfill an order for the support plan then u really only get 4 days to try it out. Or risk having to...

wow. The first 4 on your list are some high powered features that we rely on heavily. Sounds like switching to another DAW would not be as easy as it sounds for many users. thx

Seems to me like avid has two options, either bundle their sw with the hw and price accordingly or decouple the sw and and price individually. Seems like they r somewhere in the middle right now. ...

Guess we know why not much movement with pro tools free trial etc this week (media composer 6 launch). Hopefully things and responses may speedup now

I think they said a full rewrite of the disk scheduler so u can access audio files quicker real-time fades, new aax plugin format, 32 bit file format. I think I remember hearing one or 2 others but...

Ha! I was thinking the same thing:)

Also, he said "Next Week" so technically they have until sat or sun night (depending on when you view the week starting) to launch it. Hopefully they launch it...

I dont work for Avid, but if I was on the product mgmnt team, I know id be telling evwryone internally that pt11 will have to be a great release with something for all user segments at a very god...
