ok so I tried this workaround and got back VERY interesting results..in fact bewildering.

HDX card PTHD 10.1, delay comp on, HDX playback driver, IZ ADA converter with SSL HD MADI card = 4 samples...

panamajack we need you to test PT10 HD ONLY as this is where we are seeing the issue. Also we're ONLY looking at HDX and HD Native systems..thanks for the try though.
