I found the buzz. It is coming from the PSU!!! TR2 RX 750 (http://www.frys.com/product/6166099)

Separated that puppy from the case and it's buzzing all by itself. This explains why the session...

Let me back up... I just noticed that the BIOS update app (from the CD) did not update my BIOS to the current version...

My new challenge is trying to update via flash drive. Right now Q flash...

Messed around with the BCLK and raised it in small doses. The higher the BCLK the louder the buzz! Also, the RAM does auto adjust w/BCLK. BTW, the system has worked well so far with BCLK disabled....

The system is tweaked and running smooth with Win7 64 bit. A friggin HUGE YEAH on my first build!!!

Cool. One more question. Can the ram voltage be higher the that on the board? The board uses 1.5 for ram. All the OCZ's are 1.6.
