I have same issue i have pt 10.3.3 a friend sent a session he uses pt mp9 but i got the same error and in the back up files same error.. Any suggestions?? I use hp elitebook 6930p 4 gig ram dual core...

when i had pt8 le my oxygen worked fine but since i have upgraded to pt10 it does not work i cant select a recive and send to it only shows up as none. can some1 help me solve this problem if there...

ok i just un installed 8 but now im going to do like u said and uninstall everything with clean and then reinstall the program 1st then the plug ins thank you....

it is working fine i did have the 4 gigs needed to run properly but istill want to upgrade the ram to 8 just for the extra when i get into bigger mixing sessions thanx alot

ok thank im looking into the maximium amount of ram it can handle and does virtual ram help any and on the tutorial i watched on youtube they were saying dont save to hardrive in pc save to external...

ok kool and yes i do have windows 7 64 bit and i also will look in the bottom to see plus ill go on crucial to do that check someone mentioned and im pretty fair with my hands so i probably can do it...

i noticed pt 10 says 4 gigs of ram mininmun but my laptop only has 3 gig of ram i just ordered pt 10 will it install correctly and if not how can i help this either free or very cheap????
