Geez, that's the exact problem i'm having. I'm 100% sure that I have the latest, but just to be safe, how can I find out. In PT I click 'About PT' and it tells me 7.1.1 but doesn't tell me the cs1...

Can't answer for the other guys, but yes I have. And reinstalling the application too (Reason I mean) I haven't tried reinstalling PT. Not sure if that would help, or screw anything up.

I figured out how to delete preferences... still nothing. This sucks! Reason is half of what I do.

I remember asking myself if this would matter. I know on a PC it wouldn't, but I wasn't sure about a mac. I installed PT first, just to be safe. Should I still re-install Reason? I suppose it can't...
