Benny,
Turn down your room monitor which you calibrated to 85 and then adjust your monitor to 82. The levels should SHOULD BE:
82 LCR 79 Ls Rs ?

Dolby has changed their website over 5 times since I originally posted this
and the links always change.
I will TRY to find it again, but it might be a few weeks.

Yes, it was discussed at the SMPTE meeting that Congress has a bill (What bill number I can't remember) that makes this a law for broadcasters. It does not make the room reference level a law so the...
