m-powered licensing

I have a copy of pro tools 8 m-powered.
I want to update it so it's compatible with windows 7 and such.

as of now the one dedicated to the DAW "reaper" is the only IRC channel that deals with audio recording. I really want to have something more broad for users to talk about all DAWs and give/get help...
