HELP - Migrating PT12
 

I just bought an iMac running Yosemite and I'm trying to get Pro Tools 12 installed on it.

The problem is that I purchased PT12 as some kind of crossgrade from PT9 back in 2015, and I cannot find the PT12 installer anywhere (it isn't in my products list).

I did find some mysterious PT upgrade files that I'd like to try using on PT9 to see if it's the PT12 upgrader - problem is, I can't install PT9 on Yosemite without getting the following error:

Pro Tools cannot be installed because the following error(s) were found on your system:
- An incompatible version of the OS was found. Pro Tools 9.0.5 requires Mac OS X version 10.6.2 or higher.
---

So I am totally stuck here.

Does anyone know where I can find a PT12 (I bought 12.2.1) install file for mac?

Thanks in advance for your help - I have a recording session scheduled for tomorrow!!

PT12 isn't in your Avid account?
Did you register it when you bought it?
Any PT12 program file you find is a full installer.

Start a (no cost) product registration support case on Avid’s Support website. And you hopefully have some idea of what and when the upgrade you purchased was... and it was from Avid or a dealer. Hopefully you have the iLok license asset already in your iLok account.

Pro Tools 2019 is such an improvement over Pro Tools 12 that you might just consider upgrading the OS and jumping right there.
