DAE-1115 error with Pro Tools 7.4
 

I keep getting a DAE-1115 error on start-up with Pro Tools 7.4 upgrade and without the upgrade on 7.0. Tried adding harddrive. I have a Dell desktop with a Pentium 4, 2gb ram, and chipset 865pe. Tried reinstalling and looked for DRAM prefetch and didn't find it anywhere. Tried looking at all the forum posts a few times and still can't figure it out. I Don't know what to do. The software used to work on my other computer even though it had the wrong chipset, but now it doesn't. The chipset on this computer should be compatible with a Pentium 4, but I run into the same DAE-1115 error on startup. Any ideas?
