Lost my iLok, need help replacing Pro Tools license
Hi,
I lost my iLok (which I actually found, but I had already submitted a RMA request so now it's permanently disabled :( ), so I went to iLok and submitted a RMA form. I then went to AVID's site and submitted a case saying that my iLok is lost. Is there anything else I should be doing in this time? How long does AVID usually take to get back to you about a lost iLok? I also ordered a new iLok on Amazon yesterday and it should be coming tomorrow. Do I need to register it somewhere? |
